Challenges and solutions related to Digital Transformation

BACEE with the Albanian Association of Banks, the Association of Montenegrin Banks and the Bank Association of Bosnia and Herzegovina helped us to organize three workshops in the SEE Region. The workshops took place on 26 September in Tirana (Albania), on the 24 October in Podgorica (Montenegro) and on 13 November in Sarajevo (Bosnia and Herzegovina). We had the chance to meet 109 banking professionals in these workshops, which gave us an extraordinary opportunity to reach new countries and expand our valuable network of connections!

The aim of the workshops was to:

• show business & technology trends behind digital transformation,
• give an overview of PSD2 and the FinTech Action Plan to show how regulatory authorities are supporting financial innovations,
• and give insights into the IT solutions supporting digital transformation and digital disruption.

This presentation has been prepared for these workshops.
