In addition to provide professional IT solutions helping banks go digital, our company is committed to share knowledge on business / technology trends and regulatory changes that support digital transformation in the banking sector. We already organized and moderated several worshops, panel discussions and round tables discussing issues of the digital challenge in the recent years. 2018 we found a new way to complete this mission: with the help of the Banking Association for Central and Eastern Europe (BACEE) we teamed up with the bank associations of three countries in the SEE Region to organize trainings on the topic of digital transformation in the banking sector!
Our partners who helped to organize these trainings were the Albanian Association of Banks, the Association of Montenegrein Banks and the Banks Association of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The workshops took place on the 26th September in Tirana (Albania), on the 24th October in Podgorica (Montenegro) and on the 13th November in Sarajevo (Bosnia and Herzegovina). We had the chance to meet 109 banking professionals in these workshops, which gave us an extraordinary opportunity to reach new countries and expand our valuable network of connection!
The aim of the workshops were to:
- show business & technology trends behind PSD2,
- give an overview of PSD2 and the FinTech Action Plan to show how regulatory authorities are supporting financial innovations,
- and give insights into the IT solutions supporting digital transformation and digital.

Challenges and solutions for meeting the requirements of RTS SCA
The aim of this whitepaper is to show business trends behind PSD2, give an overview of PSD2 and underlying regulatory technical standards (RTSs) and guidelines defining details of the implementation of PSD2 and, using guidelines and opinions of the European Banking Authority, give insights into the IT requirements of PSD2 and outline possible solutions.
